Dues for TX are $70 per year for new members and $65 per year for renewal, payable to CAP National Headquarters, HQ CAP/DP, 105 South Hansell Street, Maxwell AFB AL 36112-6332. Renewal forms may be obtained on-line or by phone at 334-953-5191.
Squadron dues are $20 per year, concurrent with National dues, payable to the Squadron Admin Officer.

Form 5 Check Ride - CAPR 60-1
Expires last day of 12th month following completion of check ride. See Form 5/91 Checklist for required documents.
Form 91 Check Ride - CAPR 60-1
Expires last day of 24th month following completion of check ride. See Form 5/91 Checklist for required documents.
CAP Pilot - CAPR 60-1 3-3.a.1 - valid FAA PVT, COM or ATP certificate for category/class
CAP Pilot (Hi-Perf A/C) - CAPR 60-1 3-3.a.3 - 100 hours PIC (with 10 hours & 25 TOLs in hi-perf A/C)
Transport Pilot - CAPR 60-3 2-3.k - 100 hours PIC including 50 hours C/C
SAR/DR Pilot - CAPR 60-3 2-3.j - 175 hours PIC including 50 hours C/C
Cadet Orientation Pilot - CAPR 60-1 3-2.f - 200 hours PIC
ROTC Orientation Pilot - CAPR 60-1 3.2.f - 300 hours PIC
Counter-Drug Pilot - Same as SAR/DR Pilot, but with 24 months CAP membership
Schedules for Group 4 aircraft and vans are handled through the CASSi Technology Internet Scheduling program.
